Associa in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to serve residents and guests with a welcoming, professional approach. You will help manage community amenities, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with HOA boards to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and administrative support, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities for growth and training within a nationally recognized community-management company.

Qualifications

• One+ years in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, amenity management software preferred.
• CPR/AED highly suggested.

Responsibilities

• Resident and guest services.
• Keep lobby/building clean, organized, and presentable.
• Greet residents and guests in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Assist with amenity services, events, and general inquiries.
• Provide information on community rules, programs and services.
• Handle HOA Board and Management requests.
• Perform tasks as directed by Lead House Ambassador/GM.
• Monitor access to amenities and verify resident credentials.
• Report maintenance and safety issues; complete incident reports.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and input data in data programs.
