Job summary

Si-Communities is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain cleanliness and safety across our residential properties in Houston, TX. The Porter will support daily operations, assist residents, and help uphold high standards of service and appearance.

The role requires physical stamina, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to perform minor maintenance tasks and respond promptly to resident requests. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and reporting larger issues to management.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor the property for safety hazards and report concerns to the property management team.
