Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Porter in Corpus Christi, TX to maintain daily cleanliness and a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, as well as responding to requests and supporting events.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of Porter experience. The position is on-site and outdoors, with a focus on safety, reliability, and professional interaction with building

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and ability to interact with tenants and staff.
• Able to conduct face-to-face discussions at all professional levels.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, or kneel as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and ensure tidy and presentable spaces.
• Respond to spills, tenant requests, and safety issues; support events as needed.
• Assist with setting up meeting spaces and moving furniture.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
