The role includes on-call duties and after-hours coverage to ensure consistent service to guests and partners. The ideal candidate brings clinic management experience, healthcare administration or public health credentials, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, along with HIPAA and OSHA

Qualifications

• Experience managing a clinic with a medical background preferred
• Public Health or Healthcare Administration degree helpful
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic team and administrative/clinical functions
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care
• Represent Rescue Mission at partner meetings and events as scheduled
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours coverage
• Coordinate with volunteers and staff for clinic efficiency
