Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred; 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in family success, community organizing, outreach, and center management.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and ensure core services align with funder standards.
• Lead staff recruitment, supervision, evaluations, and professional development.
• Manage program budgets and reporting, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders and partners.
• Lead program planning, community outreach, and volunteer coordination.
• Cultivate a parent advisory board and promote community participation.
