Job summary

Acenda Health is seeking an Associate Site Director to lead the Family Success Center program in Gloucester County, NJ. This full-time role focuses on keeping FSC standards, delivering high-quality family support services, and coordinating with community partners.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field with 3 years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license. A master’s degree and prevention program experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with three years of related experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Family Success Centers ensuring FSC standards are incorporated into all activities.
• Create and maintain partnerships within the service area to address community needs and services.
• Submit accurate written reports and documents per guidelines: weekly schedules, monthly perspectives, quarterly CQI and action plans, program progress reports, LOS for time off, and other reports as required.
• Communicate information to Leadership as appropriate and relevant.
• Educate the team on issues impacting the program and the population served.
• Model the organization's mission and core values in all activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in public health, human services administration or fields related to working with children and families
