Job summary

Acenda Integrated Health is seeking an Associate Site Director to support the Family Success Center program in Gloucester County, New Jersey. You will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to prevention principles and child-and-family-services standards, and build community partnerships.

Responsibilities include reporting, staff education, and leading with the agency's mission. A Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience is required; Master's degree is a plus, as is a valid

• Requires Bachelor's degree with three years of related experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license and insurable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Family Success Centers to meet program standards.
• Develop and maintain community partnerships to address local needs.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports per program guidelines.
• Communicate with Leadership and educate team on program issues.
• Lead with Acenda's core values and mission in service delivery.
