Qualifications

• B.A degree or an A.S in Human Services with 3 years of supervisory case management experience.
• 4 years' experience administering case management services and supervision is required.
• Experience collaborating with community partners and service providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for all Family Development Center programs.
• Oversee outreach, intake, eligibility screening, and case planning with clients.
• Monitor program compliance, reporting, and documentation; maintain client records.
• Develop partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies and community groups.
• Ensure staff accountability, quality services, and alignment with organizational goals.
