Job summary

The City of Bellevue is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for the Highland Community Center (HCC). This role supports front-desk operations, processes admissions and registrations, handles multiple payment types, and provides friendly public service in a busy, multi-use facility.

Responsibilities

• Represent the City and provide quality customer service to the public.
• Answer and route incoming calls.
• Collect admissions fees and register patrons using a registration system.
• Handle payments via cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Set up/take down for programs; ensure safety and order.
• Inform patrons of rules and policies of the City of Bellevue.
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents.
