Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in recreation, business, or public administration.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible related experience in program management, preferably in the public sector, plus supervisory, facility, and budgetary experience.
• Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic programs for the South Bellevue Community Center to meet the community's needs.
• Hire, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Oversee facility operations, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Coordinate with partners such as Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue on joint initiatives.
• Develop budgets, pricing structures, and financial reporting for programs.
• Lead marketing, community outreach, and customer service initiatives.
