• Maintains consumer treatment plans, quarterly reviews, medical records, and updates as needed.
• Maintains up-to-date case records and documents progress regularly.
• Advocates for consumer needs with external service providers and within ICL.
• Performs crisis assessment and referrals to community resources as required.
