Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs (e.g., IHS, Respite, Life Skills) across Connecticut and supervise CSS staff.

• Ensure service delivery per Individual Plans and facilitate interdisciplinary meetings.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate incident/service documentation.
