REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You will assist with daily living, encourage participation in activities, and help participants reach personal goals.

We value patient, compassionate teammates who can adapt to diverse needs. A high school diploma and basic driving ability are required, with paid time off and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
