Sevita REM Community Services is seeking a caring caregiver to assist individuals with daily living and community participation, helping them grow and live well. You’ll work with participants who may have developmental needs, offering patient, respectful support and forming meaningful relationships.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; six months in human services is preferred. A stable, growth‑minded team and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities for participants.
• Support participants in community engagement and activities they enjoy.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and stable support to individuals with complex needs.
