REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks caregivers to help participants live fulfilling lives in community settings. You’ll support daily self-care, personal hygiene, and achieve developmental goals alongside program leaders and participants.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and 6 months in human services or direct care, with strong communication and teamwork. A stable, mission-driven environment awaits, offering growth and benefits for full-time staff.

Formación

• Experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily self-care.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants pursue goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build real relationships and provide encouragement to participate in the community.
