• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of local community resources and social service systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Resurrection members to assess financial, emotional, and practical needs.
• Develop individualized resource plans for long-term stability.
• Maintain ongoing communication with individuals and families throughout the process.
• Collaborate with pastors and staff to coordinate holistic care and resources.
• Maintain complete case records and prepare ministry impact reports.
