Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas seeks a dedicated Workforce Coordinator to provide wrap-around case management, career coaching, and financial education to individuals and families through the St. Rita program.

You will collaborate with the Workforce team to strengthen education and employment outcomes across Leavenworth and Atchison counties. Responsibilities include Intensive case management, job readiness instruction, and coordination of workshops.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, workforce development, human services, or comparable experience required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and respect people from diverse backgrounds
• Must complete VIRTUS training, background screening, drug testing, and ongoing trainings as required
• Must have competent oral and written English skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently
• High level of organizational skills and experience managing data in programs like Excel/Access/Google Docs

Mansioni

• Recruit Atchison & Leavenworth County referrals for Workforce participants
• Assess participant needs and provide consultation, support, and referrals
• Develop individualized plans for employable adults with goals and barriers
• Maintain frequent contact with clients, including home visits
• Develop relationships with educational institutions, employers, and community partners
• Prepare and deliver presentations about the St. Rita program
• Coordinate job readiness and work ethics classes and workshops
• Keep detailed records and report activities for grants and program monitoring
• Train staff, volunteers, and interns in Workforce policies and practices
• Other duties as assigned
