Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site Staff leader in Worship Experience for all worship services.
Provide leadership, training, and support to Worship Experience/Guest Connection Teams.
Manage volunteer schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all services.
Lead logistical planning and execution of worship elements in weekly services and special events.
Oversee logistics for Communion and related sacramental activities.
Coordinate guest follow up and location communications across worship platforms.
Maintain calendars, organize location events, and support location office operations.
