Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy, build local relationships with ambassadors and partner studios, and deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor. You’ll collaborate with store leadership and events teams to host activities that connect guests with movement and yoga communities.

The role requires 1 year of customer service or community-building experience, a high school diploma, and willingness to travel to nearby stores and events.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local key relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, and lululemon Studio partner studios to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify future Ambassador or partner opportunities and to increase the store’s standing as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end guest experience.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community relevant business data and metrics to identify insights and recommendations for store leadership.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members.
