Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s community strategy through relationship building, events, product seeding, and partnerships with ambassadors and local studios. The role focuses on delivering a world-class guest experience while fostering community engagement.

The position emphasizes collaborating with store leadership, managing local relationships, and identifying opportunities to position the store as a community hub.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Experience building or maintaining relationships with clients, groups, or partners; motivating team members to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement the Community strategy.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners, lululemon Studio partner studios.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and to increase the store’s standing as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless guest experience.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community relevant data and metrics to identify insights and recommendations with store leadership.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
