Signature Health seeks a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) to operate primarily in the community, developing and executing client treatment plans and providing ongoing support to clients and families. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related social services field preferred.
• Valid unencumbered Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 1–3+ years of case management or related experience preferred.
• CDCA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare and present treatment program material to clients.
• Coordinate and provide transportation to clients for resource access as part of treatment plans.
• Work primarily in community-based settings including client homes.
• Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication with clients.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to support client needs and community resources.
• Maintain client charting in accordance with Medicaid and professional standards.
