Qualifications

• Meets Medicaid definition of a QMHP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver community support services aligned with each client's treatment plan.
• Teach coping, communication, problem-solving, and daily-living skills.
• Provide psychoeducation on mental health, wellness, and relapse prevention.
• Support crisis-prevention and wellness strategies.
• Assist client integration and connection to supports.
