• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in navigating community environments.
• Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to develop life skills.
• Support students in vocational training or internships.
• Work with staff to implement IEPs and transition goals.
• Communicate student progress to teachers and case managers.
• Coordinate with employers and community partners.
• Monitor safety and maintain records of participation and incidents.
