Job summary

Easter Seals NH, Inc. is seeking a Youth Support Specialist in Nashua, NH on a part-time basis. You will develop supportive relationships with adolescents as they transition to adulthood and provide one-on-one guidance for youth with disabilities and at-risk individuals.

The role includes educational support, career coaching, and fostering social health and wellness within the community. Requires a driver’s license, HS diploma or GED, and 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years or older to fill this position.
• A high school diploma or GED, as well as two years of work experience are also required.
• Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood.
• Provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to position them for success in life.
• Offer educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering their overall social health and wellness.
