Qualifications

• NH DOE Paraprofessional certification is required.
• Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) training completion or equivalent is required.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Job recruitment.
• Community/business relationship building.
• Job site review.
• On the job training and support of employee and employer.
• Collaboration with transition coordinator (Job Prep teacher) to assign partners with students.
• Participate in job coaching trainings with students.

Education
