Complete Care - MidAtlantic is hiring an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) in Delaware. Full-time/Part-time roles with $7,500 and $3,750 sign-on bonuses respectively and options for PRN.

Growth opportunities and daily pay options are available, with a comprehensive benefits package. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor health status, and contribute to care planning and resident education.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in Delaware
• Experience in direct patient care and medications administration preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes and analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care plans
• Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers & care team
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status and care expectations to families
• Documentation: Maintain detailed health records and care progress
• Team Oversight: Oversee LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality and teamwork
