Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking an RN to join our clinical team in Delaware. The RN will provide medical expertise to multidisciplinary teams, develop assessments and treatment plans, and deliver a broad range of clinical and supportive services to individuals with behavioral health needs.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices such as Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and medication-assisted treatment, with a focus on promoting health and wellness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent (RN) is required.
• Delaware RN license in good standing or compact license.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience and clean record.
• Experience with electronic health records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates health care service needs of individuals served.
• Completes required medical assessments per best practices and licensure requirements.
• Ensures services align with policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Delivers wellness and medical services per regulations and professional standards.
• Maintains therapeutic alliance and communicates with providers and guardians.
• Abides by confidentiality and infection control policies.
• Provides after-hours on-call support to staff.
• Contributes to data collection and quality improvement projects.
• Maintains client records per agency standards and participates in trainings.
