Education: Bachelor's degree in a behavioral related field and 2 years of relevant work experience; Pay: $28.20–$31/hr; Schedule: Full Time, Mon–Fri 8:00am–4:30pm; travel with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a car.
• Knowledge of confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and backgrounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide CSP and CSP-JI services as indicated in needs assessments.
• Plan 12-step meetings and linkages to medical/counseling appointments, court, housing, etc.
• Coordinate with HPTC outpatient units for CSP/CSP-JI sign-ups.
• Assist members in improving daily living skills.
• Provide temporary transportation to essential medical and behavioral health appointments.
• Maintain productivity and billable hours.
• Complete billing sheets and expense reports on time.
