High Point provides Community Based Recovery Services (CBRS) in New Bedford, MA, seeking a Community Support Navigator with a BA in a behavioral health field and at least two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include delivering CSP/CSP-JI services, coordinating with crisis teams, and assisting clients with daily living skills.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral health field.
• Two years of relevant work experience or lived homelessness/behavioral health/justice involvement.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.

Mansioni

• Provide CSP and CSP-JI services per needs assessment.
• Coordinate with Mobile Crisis Intervention and outside providers.
• Assist clients with daily living skills and transportation.
• Maintain documentation: assessments, service plans, encounter notes, and billing.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all client interactions.
