Job summary

High Point & Affiliated Organizations seeks a Recovery Support Navigator for the Community Based Recovery Services (CBRS) program in Brockton. The role supports individuals in recovery through case management and linked services within the community.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field or case management experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Willingness to obtain Recovery Coach certification within 1 year is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field or case management experience.
• Two years of work experience in human services or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Certification in de-escalation program and CPR required; TB screening annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-centered CBRS case management and supportive services.
• Coordinate with HPTC outpatient units for CBRS sign-ups and education.
• Maintain productivity and complete billing and service delivery reports on time.
• Document needs assessments, service plans and encounter notes accurately.
