Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a Registered Nurse to join its Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, delivering intensive, community-based nursing services. The RN supports psychiatric treatment, medication management, and health education across Ross and Athens Counties, primarily in individuals’ homes and community settings.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in Ohio
• Requires 2 years nursing experience in medical or behavioral health
• Knowledge of psychiatric medications and recovery-oriented care is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services as part of the ACT team
• Travel across Ross and Athens Counties to support developing ACT teams
• Deliver services in homes, clinics, and community settings
• Participate in care planning, coordination, and service assignments
• Administer medications, including long-acting injectables
• Maintain clinical documentation in the electronic health record
• Support transitions between inpatient and community-based care
