Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The RN provides intensive, community-based care, supports psychiatric treatment, medication management, health education, and CPST as part of a shared caseload across home and community settings.

The role travels within Ross and Athens Counties initially, with potential expansion as ACT teams grow.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in nursing required.
Current Ohio RN license required.
Two years of nursing experience in medical or behavioral health required.
Psychiatric medicine experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing services as part of a multidisciplinary ACT team.
Travel initially within Ross and Athens Counties to support ACT teams.
Deliver services in homes, community settings, offices, clinics, hospitals as needed.
Administer medications, including long-acting injectables, per policy.
Maintain timely clinical documentation in the EHR and support care coordination.
