Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver medication management and somatic treatment for the community-based Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team serving adults with serious mental illness.

The role includes clinical services, crisis response, and collaboration with the ACT Director and psychiatrist to monitor status and response to treatment, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance. Driving is required for community visits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and DC RN licensure.
• Five years of clinical experience in health care.
• Driving required with valid local license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a range of nursing and mental health rehabilitation services.
• Follow up and participate in medication prescription, administration, and monitoring.
• Crisis assessment and intervention.
• Symptom assessment, management, and individual supportive therapy.
• Assist in treatment of co-occurring substance abuse disorders.
• Psychosocial rehabilitation and skill development.
• Interpersonal social and interpersonal skill training.
• Education, support, and consultation to consumers' families and/or their support system.
• Provide an average of 5 billable hours per day.
• Comply with applicable regulations of the DBH and the DC Board of Nursing.
• Document all consumer services in Credible on the day of service.
• Attend QI meetings and clinical rounds, as appropriate.
