Job summary

Pressley Ridge in Texas is seeking a Program Director to lead all aspects of the program, recruit and supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for children and families.

The role requires a Master’s in a human service field, state licensing clearances, and at least five years of experience with children and families, including two years of supervisory experience.

The PD will oversee operations, fiscal management, data reporting, and collaboration with local agencies to advance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field.
• LPC or LSW licensure required.
• Five years of experience working with children and families; two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program operations and staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, licensing, and Medicaid requirements.
• Manage referrals, outcomes and incident data.
• Assist in budgeting and fiscal oversight with the Executive Director.
• Coordinate staff training, credentialing and recruitment.
• Represent Pressley Ridge with local agencies, schools, state offices and courts.
