Job summary

Pressley Ridge is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee residential staff, ensure adherence to program policies and treatment methodologies, and monitor outcomes for youth in care. The role includes recruitment, staff training, and ensuring safety and high completion rates across interventions.

The supervisor will guide clinical staff in developing service plans, participate in ongoing staff development, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in human services field.
• Requires two years of experience with special populations in special education, Deaf education, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health.
• American Sign Language proficiency is required within two years from hire date.
• State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearances are required.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and Support: guides and monitors staff; develops and implements service plans; completes paperwork timely.
• Quality Improvement: collects data on youth progress; maintains staff performance records; coordinates recruitment.
• Communication: shares information with supervisor and management; communicates with staff.
• Supervision: provides and receives supervision; ensures qualified staffing and safe environments.
• Leadership: trains staff; promotes agency values and mission; professional demeanor.
• Risk Management and Safety: adheres to regulations; maintains required training; monitors youth files.
• Professional Development: acts as internal/external trainer; participates in conferences and training.

Education
