Pressley Ridge is seeking a Program Director to ensure effective delivery of educational services at the Johnstown Day School, a Private Academic Licensed School. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and liaise with community partners to uphold high standards and compliance.

You will lead recruitment and professional development while maintaining program fidelity and safeguarding the well-being of children and families in our care.

Qualifications

• Requires master’s degree in education and supervisory certification.
• Must have knowledge of PA education regulations and licensing.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of educational services at the Johnstown Day School.
