Job summary

Pressley Ridge in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee residential staff, ensure adherence to program policies, and improve youth outcomes through effective interventions. The role requires leadership, supervision, and strong communication to guide MTCs, DSPs, and related staff.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in human services field.
• Requires a valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Requires two years of experience with populations in special education, Deaf education, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health.
• American Sign Language proficiency is required within two years from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical and support staff to develop and implement individual service plans.
• Ensures staff adhere to policies, procedures, and treatment methodologies.
• Maintains timely service plan documentation and safety measures.
• Oversees recruitment, supervision and training of staff; ensures program staffing safety.
• Leads training and professional development for staff, promoting agency values.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and child safety, including required clearances.
• Coordinates data collection and communication with management.
