Natural Support Services provides community-based support services to individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs, seeking a qualified Clinician in Charlotte, NC.

The Clinician will complete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCA), oversee clinical components, and assist in developing Person Centered Plans (PCPs) to guide individualized goals within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Description

Natural Support Services is seeking a qualified Clinician to complete assessments, provide clinical oversight, and support the development of Person Centered Plans (PCPs) for individuals receiving services.

Requirements
