Job summary

Catholic Community Services is seeking a Clinician I to provide therapeutic interventions to adults with chronic mental health issues in home, hospital, and community settings. You will deliver individual and group behavioral health services and coordinate with the care team to support recovery and safety.

Responsibilities include crisis planning, Medicaid eligibility considerations, and documentation in EHR systems, with flexibility for after-hours work and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, behavioral science or related field
• One year experience serving clients with chronic behavioral health needs
• 21 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
• Agency Affiliated License or applied for within 1st month of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive and strength based therapeutic behavioral health services.
• Deliver direct therapeutic services including CBT.
• Coordinate healthcare with primary care physicians and specialists.
• Maintain required Medicaid documentation and EHR entries.
• Ensure safety planning and crisis response from day 1.
