Job summary

BRIGHT RISING HOME CARE LLC is looking for a Clinician to deliver therapeutic, diagnostic, and support services in home-based settings across North Carolina. You will assess mental health needs, develop service plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and independence.

The role requires collaboration with peers and physicians, adherence to Medicaid/state standards, and the ability to travel for home visits while maintaining strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (MSW, MHC, psychology, or related).
• Active NC state license or associate license (LCMHC/LCSSW/LMFT/LCAS).
• Experience in community-based or home-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy within scope of practice and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
