The Whole Child is hiring a Mental Health Specialist in Whittier, CA. This full-time role provides targeted case management and rehabilitative services to families, coordinating with therapists and program staff to access community resources and supports.

The position emphasizes a strengths-based, family-centered approach in collaboration with clinicians and program leadership. Responsibilities include outreach, documentation, and participation in team meetings, with 50% driving to client sites.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in case management or rehabilitative services in mental health.
• Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect clients to services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish may be required in certain locations and/or positions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Targeted Case Management and link clients to community services.
• Coordinate with families and school/community partners to support goals.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Attend team meetings, supervision, and trainings as required.
• Travel to client homes or sites as needed and work 50% driving.
• Support family-centered, strengths-based services and interventions.

4+ years experience

Bilingual English/Spanish
