Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• 1–3+ years of case management or relevant experience preferred.
• CDCA preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare and present treatment program work material for clients.
• Coordinate transportation to resources as part of treatment plans.
• Deliver services in community-based settings and client homes.
• Maintain clear client communication and professional boundaries.
• Collaborate with treatment team and develop sober support networks.
• Maintain client charts electronically per standards.
