Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional – Community Services (QMHP-CS) for part-time, hourly work providing case management and skills-based interventions to youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families.

Work may occur in the participant’s home or community settings, with responsibilities including documenting progress, attending team meetings, and ensuring services comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a human services related field as defined by Texas Administrative Code.
• Experience in home and community-based services.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification.

Aufgaben

• Deliver case management and skills-based interventions to youth and families.
• Provide services in participant’s home or community settings.
• Document services accurately and communicate progress to supervisors and referring authority.
• Comply with Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual, TRRUM Guidelines, YAP standards, and state/federal regulations.
• Offer flexible work hours and focus on teaching skills and case management.
