Job summary

Vinfen in Massachusetts is seeking a Residential Counselor to support Persons Served in a GLE/SIE residence. You will implement treatment plan interventions, assist with daily living activities, and promote recovery-focused care within a safety-conscious environment.

This role involves coordinating with the Program Director and Integrated Team, leading weekly group meetings, administering medications per MAP policies, and ensuring documentation and compliance across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in orienting PS new to the residence.
• Collaborate with Integrated Team to address PS needs and implement MAP-driven interventions.
• Perform day-to-day assignments as directed by the Program Director.
• Lead weekly PS group meetings in the residence, including menu input.
• Administer PS medications following MAP protocols and maintain documentation.
• Complete required documentation and support program quality improvement.
