Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in relevant field.
• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LRC, LADC 1, OTR, RN, or Licensed Psychologist required.
• Clinical experience with psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake and assessment for Persons Served.
• Develop and oversee Treatment Plans.
• Provide outreach services as needed.
