Qualifications

• Ability to build client relationships and identify solution-oriented opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone and offers solutions.
• Opens and maintains checking/savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and loan products.
• Holds financial conversations to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Processes loan requests and refers to other lines of business as applicable.
• Outreach to build relationships and document activity in CRM.
