Qualifications

• Possesses working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft programs, and strong 10-key skills.
• Maintains working knowledge of digital platforms, CRM systems, and emerging technologies.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small-group situations to clients and other employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of products, including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Holds financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Processes loan requests; may engage in conversations or process small business loan requests.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity.
• Builds client relationships through outbound outreach and proactive engagement.
• Performs Teller duties as needed, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
