Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years banking or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized client service in person or by phone.
• Open and maintain checking/savings accounts and IRAs.
• Discuss client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process new consumer and small business loan requests.
• Identify referrals to Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, and Wealth Management and document activity.
• Build client relationships through outreach and engagement.
• Perform teller duties as needed and handle transactions accurately.
