Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains a variety of banking products, including checking and savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, and consumer credit cards.
• Performs teller duties, conducts routine financial transactions, and processes loan payments.
• Identifies referral opportunities to other lines of business and documents activity.
• Builds client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
