Job summary

This role emphasizes assisting with checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and small business cards while building relationships through outbound outreach and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years banking or related experience preferred.
• Registered Mortgage Loan Originator per the SAFE Act within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Delivers personalized client service in person and over the phone, assisting with issues and offering solutions.
• Opens and maintains products including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and credit cards.
• Holds financial conversations with clients to determine needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Processes loan requests and engages in conversations to process small business loans when needed.
• Identifies referral opportunities and documents activity using 360 View.
• Performs teller duties as needed and ensures accurate cash handling.
